We’ve already added a bonus sales sequence to your account. You’ll find it under:
Marketing > Emails > Templates > BONUS: Limited Time Offer Sequence. You can rebrand these, add your own copy, and use it in either of the options below.
Option 1: For a Live Launch or Campaign
If your launch is happening on specific dates (e.g. cart opens/closes), we recommend using Campaign Emails:
Go to Marketing > Emails > Create Campaign
Create each email that will go out in your campaign.
Schedule the exact date and time you want it to go out.
Use the “Resend to unopened” feature to automatically resend your email with a new subject line (e.g. 24 hours later) to anyone who didn’t open it
This setup gives you more control for live, time-sensitive launches.
Option 2: For Evergreen Sequences
If you want your email sequence to run automatically for each new subscriber or based on another certain trigger, then build it as a workflow:
Create your emails:
Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates
Create each email in order and save it all into a folder for easy access.
Create your workflow:
Go to Workflows from the main menu > Create a new workflow
Add your trigger (e.g. when a form is submitted, or leave it blank if you plan to manually add people later)
Add an action: Send Email → choose your first email template
Add a Wait step (e.g. wait 1 day)
Continue adding steps that alternative between Send Email → Wait → Send Email → Wait, until your sequence is finished
At the end, decide:
If you want to keep contacts in the workflow (e.g. if you plan to continue adding onto this sequence in the future) then add a final wait step (e.g. wait 1000 days). This will just hold them in the workflow after the sequence is finished, in case you want to add to it later.
If you're happy for them to exit automatically, don’t add any wait at the end — they’ll finish once the last step is done.
