The Ivorey™ Plan is designed to give you everything you need to run and grow your business without limits. This article breaks down what’s included in your plan, what’s optional, and how our flexible pricing works so you always know what you’re paying for and why.

Most Ivorey™ users will never use more than the inclusions - and that’s by design.

Plus $10 USD in free usage credit - every single month:

There are a few optional tools inside Ivorey™ that connect to external services - like email, SMS, phone calls, or AI. These have real usage costs on our end, billed to us by major telecom and delivery providers. Instead of inflating our base pricing to cover this, we give you $10 USD in monthly credit to use however you like. That could cover:

  • Up to 10,000 emails per month (at $0.001/email)

  • Or a mix of email, SMS, calls, etc. depending on what you choose to use

This credit is automatically applied each month and expires at the end of each billing cycle.

Why we chose this pricing model:

Most platforms give you 3+ plans to choose from, but they all come with limits.
You’ll often find yourself hitting a cap on:

  • How many products you can sell

  • How many courses you can host

  • How many funnels or contacts you’re allowed

...and when you do, the “upgrade” is usually a steep price jump. We didn’t want that.

The Ivorey™ Plan includes everything most businesses need under one simple and affordable plan. But if you choose to add-on certain premium features or use beyond the standard inclusions, that operates on a simple pay-as-you-go system.

  • Sending emails beyond your $10 USD credit limit (e.g. over 10,000 per month)

  • Using email verification to clean your list instead of using third-party platforms

  • Sending SMS messages, making or receiving phone calls

  • Using AI features and bots

Important: You’ll never be charged for these unless you actively use them. We also give you $10 USD/month credit so you can use towards these additional features if you want to - keeping Ivorey™ affordable and in your control.

Inside your account (Settings > Billing) you'll find your Wallet. This is where your $10 USD credit gets applied every month. You can monitor a breakdown of your usage from this section. You are responsible for maintaining a wallet balance (via auto top-up) in order to use the pay-as-you go services.

Frequently Asked Questions About Billing

Why am I being charged more than expected for outbound SMS? For example, if I send 50 outbound SMS messages to AU numbers, shouldn’t the charge be 50 × the per-SMS cost?

An SMS segment is a unit of measurement used to calculate SMS charges. Each segment consists of 160 characters. If the message exceeds this limit, it will be broken into multiple segments, increasing the cost.

Example:

  • A message with 160 characters = 1 segment

  • A message with 161 characters = 2 segments

The more segments your message contains, the higher the cost. You can use this Messaging Segment Calculator, to calculate the number of segments per SMS.

How are workflows charged if a premium action, such as “ClickSend SMS”, is added?

When using workflow premium actions, charges apply each time the action is executed, regardless of whether the message is successfully delivered or fails. Billing is based on the attempt, and not the delivery result. If there are multiple retries or failed attempts, each attempt is still charged. Please see the pricing table above for information on the cost per execution.

Why do SMS credit charges sometimes exceed $10?

SMS credits are billed in USD. If your account is billed in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations and bank conversion fees can result in charges slightly higher than $10 USD.

This is not related to SMS usage, message volume, or conversions. It is solely caused by currency conversion at the time the charge is processed. In some cases, an additional credit may be applied to the account to offset the difference.
