NOTE: The Kajabi Import tool is a bonus integration, and NOT an advertised feature of Ivorey. Therefore we can only provide limited troubleshooting support, and can not guarantee its performance. We always suggest leaving sufficient time to manually upload your course content in the instance you run into any issues with the importer tool.
Pre-Qualifiers for the Kajabi Import Tool:
Premier Product is the only compatible Kajabi theme for the importer to work
Your Kajabi website should be the latest Encore version
Your course must be published and not in draft mode.
The importer will bring across all videos, images and text
The importer will NOT bring across custom code, assignments, quizzes, assessments or downloads
STEP 1: Access the Importer
From the Ivorey™ main menu, select [Courses]
In the top menu bar, select [Courses] then from the drop down select > [Products]
At the top right of your screen, hover over [+ Create Product] > then click [Import from Kajabi]
STEP 2: Create a Learner Profile (new contact) in Kajabi
Create a New Learner Profile in Kajabi (ensure you are creating this as a new contact)
Grant your Learner Profile in Kajabi Access to the Courses you want to Import over to Ivorey
STEP 3: Import your Course
Once your Learner Profile is created, go back to the Course Importer screen inside Ivorey, and enter the email and password you used to create the Learner Profile Account in Kajabi
Add your Kajabi login URL in the domain field (the domain where you login to your Kajabi courses) Please include https// at the beginning and /login as the end of your URL e.g https//yourkajabidomain.com/login
Staying logged into your Kajabi Account in one tab, come back to the Ivorey Course Importer page > and Click the [Import] button
You can switch tabs, but do NOT close the tab or window while the import is taking place.
Once the process has completed, it will display 'completed status' on the top right corner of your screen, and should now appear in your Ivorey [Courses] > [Products Library]

Authentication errors appear when the added domain or credentials are incorrect. To resolve this, carefully verify the credentials again, making sure the domain you added is correct, and the Learner Profile you created is added as a User inside of your Kajabi Course.
