Running your business gets a whole lot easier when your CRM and accounting software actually talk to each other. With the QuickBooks + Ivorey™ integration, your contacts, invoices, and payments stay in sync, so you can stop duplicating data, avoid accounting errors, and spend less time jumping between platforms.
What the QuickBooks Integration Does
Contact Sync (QuickBooks → Ivorey™):
All existing QuickBooks contacts will be pulled into Ivorey™, and any new ones created in QuickBooks after the integration will continue to sync automatically. Sync can take a few minutes to reflect in the CRM.
Sales Receipts (Ivorey™ → QuickBooks):
When payments are made through Ivorey™ (order forms, subscriptions, calendar bookings, etc.), a sales receipt is created in QuickBooks. If the contact already exists in QuickBooks (based on email), the receipt is matched to them. Otherwise, a new customer record is created automatically.
Invoices (Ivorey™ → QuickBooks):
Whenever you mark an invoice as “sent” in Ivorey™, a matching invoice is created in QuickBooks. This includes all line items, discounts, taxes, and key fields like issue date, due date, status, and amount paid. Any updates you make later - like marking the invoice as paid, voiding it, or editing amounts - will also sync. This only applies to new invoices created after integration. Past invoices from Ivorey™ won’t sync.Optional: Import Old QuickBooks Invoices into Ivorey™:
During the initial setup, you can choose to import your existing QuickBooks invoices into Ivorey™. These imported invoices won’t sync back to QuickBooks - they’re one-way only and safe from triggering any loops or duplicates.
How To Integrate QuickBooks and Ivorey™
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Settings > Integrations > and click [QB Connect]
Toggle Import Invoices if you want to bring in existing QuickBooks invoices
Log in with your QuickBooks credentials and accept all permission prompts
Click [Connect] to finalise the integration.
Allow up to 10 minutes for the connections to establish.
