If you want to allow your clients to pay invoices via bank transfer or even cash, you can add your bank details to an invoice template to provide this option, and then manually reconcile once payment is received.
How To Add Your Bank Details Onto An Invoice
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Payments > Invoices > Templates.
If you don’t have a template yet, click [+ New Template]. If you already have a template, click into it to edit.
Scroll to the ‘Additional Options’ section and type in your bank name and routing details (e.g. bsb and account number).
Click [Save] - Your bank details will now appear at the bottom of all invoices using this template to provide a direct transfer option.
How To Manually Reconcile A Payment Against An Invoice
Once you've received a manual bank transfer or cash for an invoice, you'll need to go and reconcile in Ivorey™. To do this, go to [Payments] > [Invoices] > and locate the invoice.
Once payment is received, click the three dots next to the invoice and select [Record Payment]
Choose [Record Manually], then select [Bank Transfer] (or [Cash], if applicable)
Adjust the amount or add a note if needed, then click [Submit] to mark the invoice as paid
