How to Add Your Bank Details Onto an Invoice

  1. From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Payments] > [Invoices] > Templates

  2. If you don’t have a template yet, click [+ New Template]. If you already have a template, click into it to edit

  3. Scroll to the Additional Options section and type in your bank name and routing details (e.g. bsb and account number)

  4. Click [Save] - Your bank details will now appear at the bottom of all invoices using this template to provide a direct transfer option

How to Manually Reconcile a Payment Against an Invoice

  2. Once payment is received, click the three dots next to the invoice and select [Record Payment]

  3. Choose [Record Manually], then select [Bank Transfer] (or [Cash], if applicable)
