Getting Started With Ivorey™ QR Codes
Before you jump in and start generating QR codes, here’s some helpful context to ensure you understand how QR Codes work inside Ivorey™, and how to use them strategically in your business.
QR Codes are a powerful marketing and conversion tool. They allow your audience to instantly access a link, form, funnel, payment page, or contact method simply by scanning with their phone.

QR Codes can support both online and in-person marketing. Here are some of the most powerful ways to use them:
Direct to a website
Link to a specific funnel or checkout page
Send users to an application or onboarding form
Direct to a payment link (perfect for in-person services)

Pre-fill an SMS
Draft an email
Send to WhatsApp
Share your business profile or digital business card (vCard)

Step 1: How to Create and Manage Your QR Codes
The video shows you how to create a QR Code, choose what it links to, customise the design to match your brand, and download it for use across your digital and printed assets. You’ll also learn how to organise your QR codes using folders and prepare them for sharing.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Site Pages > then click [QR Codes]
(Optional) Click [Create Folder] to keep your QR Codes organised if you plan to create multiple
Click [Create QR Code] and enter a clear and descriptive name for your QR Code
Select your desired destination type and follow the prompts to configure it
Once your destination is set, you’ll move to the design and branding section. Here you can customise your QR Code:
Colours
Background colour
Adjust dots colour
Marker border colour
Marker center colour
Shape & Form
Adjust dots
Adjust marker border roundness
Adjust marker center
Logo (Optional)
Add a logo from your media library
Upload a custom image
Remove the background behind your logo if preferred
Background Image (Optional)
Add a branded image behind your QR Code
Adjust transparency
You can preview your changes live until you’re happy with the final result
When ready, scroll down and select [Download] and choose your preferred file format (e.g. PNG) and save the file to your device
You can now place your QR Code into your chosen asset (PDF, slide deck, website, booklet, business card, signage, etc.)
Note: QR Codes download with a background by default. If you require transparency, you may need to remove the background using a design tool (such as Canva) before placing it into marketing materials.
Step 2: How to View Your QR Code Analytics
The video shows you how to access and interpret your QR Code analytics so you can understand how your codes are performing. You’ll learn where to find analytics, how to filter by individual QR codes, and how to track scans, unique visits, and date ranges to measure impact.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Site Pages > then click [QR Codes]
From here, you can access Analytics in two ways:
Option 1: Inside the QR Codes area, click the [Analytics] icon (The blue chart in the top right corner)
Option 2: Navigate directly to the main [Analytics] page and filter by QR Codes
Once inside Analytics, you can:
View all QR codes collectively to see total scans across your account
Track total scans
Identify unique scans vs repeat scans
Filter results by date range
This is especially valuable if you:
Hosted a speaking engagement
Displayed a QR code during a presentation
Included a QR code in a booklet
Ran an in-person event
By reviewing your analytics, you can clearly measure the real impact of each placement and understand how many people scanned and engaged with your QR Code.
