Automated Email Logins and Notifications For Client Portal

  • Customise and brand the email templates used for client communications


How To Set Up Your Automated Client Portal Emails

We have created pre-made email templates for you that are available inside the Template Library. They are pre-filled with custom values that will automatically pull in customised data to send, such as invoice created, estimate created and contract created. By customising these emails with your brand, you ensure a professional, consistent experience.

Click for the written steps

  1. From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to [Marketing] then > [Emails] then > [Templates]

  2. You'll see email templates we have already pre-loaded into your account under the [Client Portal Emails] folder

    Alternatively, you can reach out to the Ivorey Support Team via the Chat Widget and ask us to import the Client Portal Emails Folder into your Account so you can start customising these straight away

  3. To edit the email templates, click on each email to open the email builder to customise to your branding by adding your own unique colours, and images. Be sure to keep the custom values we have added as these will automatically pull in your members name, email, login URL etc.

  4. Hit [Save] and then [Back]

  5. Now you need to connect the templates to your client portal. To do this, go to [Courses] in your main Ivorey menu

  6. In the top menu, hover over [Client Portal] and then click on [Settings]

  7. Next you can click on [Email Settings] and replace each default template with your branded email templates (Note: Be sure that you have toggled the email settings on if you want them to send out)


Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I don’t customise my client portal email templates?

The system defaults will send generic emails. While functional, they won’t reflect your branding or tone so we encourage you to customise for an elevated client experience!
