Before you begin, make sure you have:
An Ivorey™ account with access to the calendar builder.
At least two individual calendars already created.
A clear idea of how you want to organise your calendars (e.g., by service type or team member).

How to Create Calendar Groups
Go to [Settings] > [Calendars] in your Ivorey™ dashboard.
Click [+ Create Calendar Group].
Name your group (e.g.,
Ivorey™ Universal Booking
).Select the individual calendars you want to include (you can add up to 10).
Customise Group Settings:
Choose how availability is displayed: Round Robin (distributes bookings evenly) or Max Availability (shows all open slots).
Set up group-level confirmation and form logic if needed.
Publish Your Universal Link: Once your group is created, copy the Calendar Group Link to embed it in your website, emails, or funnels.

This is often a conflict with a team member's personal availability. Ensure all team members in the group have their profile availability set correctly.
