Getting Started with the Kollab™ App
The Kollab™ app gives your clients, students, and members easy access to their courses, communities, and content - right from their phones. It’s simple to use, and branded to your business.
Whether you're running a group program, membership, or online course, the app makes it easy to manage your communities and keep your clients engaged from wherever you (and they) are.

What Your Clients Can Do Inside the App:
Once logged in, your members can:
Access their courses, modules, and lesson content
Post in their communities, engage in discussions, and comment on threads
View resources, videos, and downloads
Receive push notifications when you share announcements or updates
Track their progress through programs or course content
Customise their profile and add their social links
View and manage invoices, plus access any documents you’ve shared via their client portal
Manage their subscriptions and billing (if you have this setting toggled on)
This gives your clients one central place to stay connected, organised, and fully supported - all from their phone.

To give your clients access to Kollab™:
Create a Course or Community inside Ivorey™
Publish the content and assign it to the appropriate contacts
Grant access to your client (you can trigger this via a Workflow or manually)
Direct your client to download the Kollab™ app
They’ll use their email and password to log in and access the spaces they’ve been assigned
Can I Customise the App?
While the app interface is managed by Kollab™, your business name and program banners will still be represented throughout the experience. If you're looking for deeper customisation, we recommend exploring the Ivorey™ branded app upgrade (reach out to our team if you'd like to explore this option!).
Troubleshooting Access
If a client is having trouble logging in:
Double check that their email is the same one used in their Ivorey™ contact record
Ensure they’ve been granted access to the correct course or community
Ask them to reset their password if needed

Switching between communities in the Kollab™ app is simple. From the main menu on the top left, your clients can see all the communities they belong to and easily tap to move between them-no need to log out or switch accounts. This makes managing multiple groups effortless for you and effortless to navigate for your clients.

Yes! The Kollab™ app automatically tracks your clients’ progress. When they return to a lesson, their video will resume right where they left off - making it easy to pick up without losing momentum.
Can I white-label the app for courses and communities?
Can I white-label the app for courses and communities?
We are so excited to say that yes - you can! The Kollab app that has been shared above, is also available to white-label with all your own name, courses, community and branding. There is a 3-4 week process to complete the legal documentation required by Apple and Google, but once you do that - it gets officially lodged in the app store (it's a real app!) and your clients or student download it to access all of your content and communities on-the-go! The white-label app can be added onto your current plan for $79 USD per month. To get started, follow the steps below:
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to [Communities] then > [White Labelled App].
Follow the prompts to subscribe and complete your payment.
You will be redirected to a form where you need to answer questions and lodge some business information in accordance with legal requirements from Apple and Google to be able to get in their app store.
You can also add the colours, images etc for your app - and you'll be notified when it's live and ready to go!
