Edit the Receipt Email in Ivorey

How to Find Your Receipt Settings, Edit Your Receipt Email Template and Apply the Template

  1. From your left hand menu go to [Payments] > [Settings] > click on the [Receipts] tab.

  2. Here you can toggle your automatic receipts on or off, and select the branded email template you want being sent to your clients with the receipt.

  3. Alternatively you can toggle this off, and use your Payment Processors (e.g Stripe) receipt function if you prefer, just ensure you have Receipts toggled off inside of Ivorey so your clients aren't receiving double.

  1. From your left hand menu go to [Marketing] > [Emails] > [Templates] > click on the [Payment Emails] folder.

    If you don't see the 'Send Receipt' email template here, click the [+NEW] button on the top left of your screen > click [Email Marketing Templates] > select [Payment Emails] from the left hand menu > click on the [Send Receipt] email template > click [Continue] to download it into your account. Alternatively message Support and ask for them to load the Send Receipt email template into your account.

  2. Once the email template is in your account, you can now click on the email to edit and customise it to your brand.

  3. Once you have finishing customising your email template, make sure you click [Save Template] at the top right of your screen > then go back into your Receipt Settings and under Email Template, select the [Send Receipt] email from the drop down menu > and click [Save].

Now each time your clients pay for a product or service inside Ivorey, they will receive a branded email from you.
