Step 2: Update the Branded Domain
If you’ve added your main domain or a subdomain already connected to an existing website or funnel, you’ll need to replace it with a new, unused subdomain.
For example, if your domain is
kyahdigital.com.au
, create a subdomain likelinks.kyahdigital.com.au
.
Why This Matters
The Branded Domain in Business Settings is used to generate system links (e.g., for calendar invites, proposals, and forms). If you use a domain already linked to a website or store, those links will redirect there instead of working as intended.
Step 3: Create a New Subdomain
Set up a new subdomain that is not already connected anywhere else.
