Branded Domain Issues: How to Fix Redirects to Your Website or Funnel

If your proposals, calendar, or form share links are redirecting to your website or funnel, it’s likely due to the branded domain you’ve set in your business settings. Here's how to resolve this issue:


Step 1: Check Your Branded Domain

  1. Go to Business Settings > Branded Domain.

  2. Review the domain currently in use.


Step 2: Update the Branded Domain

  • If you’ve added your main domain or a subdomain already connected to an existing website or funnel, you’ll need to replace it with a new, unused subdomain.

  • For example, if your domain is kyahdigital.com.au, create a subdomain like links.kyahdigital.com.au.


Why This Matters

The Branded Domain in Business Settings is used to generate system links (e.g., for calendar invites, proposals, and forms). If you use a domain already linked to a website or store, those links will redirect there instead of working as intended.


Step 3: Create a New Subdomain

  • Set up a new subdomain that is not already connected anywhere else.

  • Example: In Ivorey, we use links.ivorey.io as the branded domain.
