How to View Email Analytics and Opens in Ivorey™

To check the statistics of who has opened, bounced, clicked etc on an email inside of a workflow you can use our inbuilt analytics.

This guide will show you how to view the analytics for your emails, including open rates, click rates, and delivery statistics. This information is crucial for understanding how your campaigns and workflows are performing.

How to view your email analytics and opens for one-time emails or campaigns


To view your email analytics and opens in the email editor, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to MarketingEmailsCampaigns

  2. Click on the specific email you sent

  3. View metrics like:

    • Open rate

    • Click rate

    • Bounce rate

    • Unsubscribes

    • Hard Bounces

    • Soft Bounces


How to view your email analytics and opens directly in a workflow

To view your email analytics directly in a workflow, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.

  2. Locate the email campaign you want to view and click the three dots next to it.

  3. Select Statistics from the dropdown menu.

  4. Here, you can view key metrics for your campaign, including delivered, opened, clicked, and unsubscribed rates.

  5. You can also use the workflow builder view, click on the email, and select "statistics" to see the results while building or editing your workflows.

💡 To toggle between workflow and campaign view, you can select the option along the side bar when viewing emails, and select statistics along the top to view the analytics for each.
