This article is one step from our Master Help Guide: All About Websites. We recommend starting with the visual walkthrough video and examples inside the Master Help Guide before diving into the technical breakdown below.
Each Master Help Guide acts as your project plan, teaching you the feature, laying out the steps in the right order, and linking to every resource you'll need along the way.

Your Analytics dashboard is a central place to review how your funnels, websites, blogs, webinars, forms, surveys and QR codes are performing, without needing to open each one individually. Choose one asset type to analyse, optionally narrow it down to a specific asset, and set your date range. Your dashboard will then update with KPI cards and charts tailored to what you've selected.
Start here to choose what you'd like to analyse and over what time period.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Reporting > and click [Site Analytics]
Use the Asset Type dropdown to select the type of asset you'd like to analyse: Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Forms, Surveys, QR Codes or External Tracking
Note: Only one asset type can be selected at a time, and the KPI cards and charts shown will change depending on which one you choose.
(Optional) Use the Asset dropdown to narrow your results down to one specific funnel, website, blog, webinar, form, survey or QR code. Leave this set to All to view combined results across every asset in that type
Note: Changing your asset type will reset this filter back to All.
Use the date range picker in the top right corner to select a time period. This defaults to the last 14 days, and your dashboard will automatically compare your results to the previous matching period
(Optional) If you're viewing Funnels, Websites or Webinars, click Advanced filter to narrow your data even further:
Click [+ Add Filter] > choose a filter field (City, State or Province, Country, Page Title, Browser, Device Type, Source or Medium) > select [Is] or [Is not] > and choose one or more values
Click [+ Add Filter] to add another condition, or [+Add Nested Filter] to group related conditions together
Choose [AND] or [OR] to set how your filters work together
Click [Apply] to update your dashboard
Note: Advanced filters aren't saved, so they'll clear if you refresh the page or leave Site Analytics.
Once your filters are set, you can click through your KPI cards and breakdowns to explore your data in more depth.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Reporting > and click [Site Analytics]
Click on any of the KPI cards at the top of your dashboard (e.g. Page Views, Opt-ins, Sales) to update the charts and breakdowns below with data for that specific metric
Note: The KPI cards change depending on your asset type, and some asset types show fewer (or no) KPI cards.
Click on any item within your Page Views chart to drill down into step-level performance for that particular funnel, website or webinar
Scroll down to explore your detailed breakdowns, including:
Average time: The average active time per visit and the percentage of visits that ended within 30 seconds. Hover over any column to see the average for that period (Funnels, Websites and Webinars only)
Pie Chart Visualisation: A breakdown of your page views and sales, which updates based on your filters
Top Browsers and Top Client IPs: The top 10 browsers and IP addresses visiting your site pages, helpful for spotting unusual traffic or bots
Traffic by Device Type: A pie chart showing how much of your traffic comes from mobile, desktop or tablet devices
Acquisition: See where your traffic is coming from, broken down by Traffic Channel or Source/Medium
Geographic Analytics: Select Country, State or City from the dropdown, then hover over the map to see detailed visitor data for that location
If you're viewing analytics for a Blog, you'll also see figures like device type so you can quickly identify which posts are performing best
If you're viewing QR Codes, you'll see a dedicated QR view instead of KPI cards:
Review your QR scans (total scans) and Unique QR scans, along with the chart showing scan activity over time
Scroll down to Scans by device type to see the split between Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Unknown
Check Top browsers to see which browsers people use to scan your codes (e.g. Chrome, Safari or Edge)
Use the Top visits by dropdown to view scans by Country, State or City
Note: QR code scan data is available from 28 August 2024 onwards, so you can review past performance for existing QR codes too.
To track visitor behaviour on a site or form hosted outside Ivorey™ (built with native code or HTML), you'll first add a tracking script to that site. Once it's connected, you can view its page views, form views and responses alongside the rest of your analytics.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Tools > select [External Tracking] > and copy your tracking script
Paste the script into the head section of each page on your external website > then save and publish your changes on that platform
Note: You can track more than one domain, as long as the script is added to each one.
Return to Ivorey™ and go to Reporting > click [Site Analytics] > and select [External Tracking] from the asset type dropdown
Note: External Tracking only appears in the dropdown once your script is installed and connected. If the script is missing or blocked on your site, views and submissions won't appear.
Review your results, including Total Page Views, Total Form Views, Responses, Completion Rate, Average Time on Page and Exit Before 30s
Use the Domains, Pages and Forms filters to focus on a specific page or form
Scroll down to see device types, top browsers, top client IPs, country, state and city data, plus views, responses and completion rate for each form
To confirm everything is working, visit your external site to create some activity > then return to your dashboard and check your page views and form views are coming through
Note: There can be a short delay before new activity shows in your dashboard.
Tracking for this specific metric began on 20 January 2026, so data captured before this date won't be available
Idle time is capped, so a tab left open won't inflate your results. Visits under 2 seconds are also left out to filter out accidental clicks.
