# Order Forms in Funnels

Learn how to use order forms and access our step-by-step instructions, FAQs, and everything you need to know!

## Before You Dive In

An order form acts like a checkout on your funnel page, so you can sell products, services or offers, without sending clients somewhere else to check out. You can choose your checkout layout, decide which fields to show, add extras like an order bump to boost your average order value, and style it all to match your brand.

This guide is perfect if you want to:

- Sell products or services directly from a funnel

- Collect extra information at checkout using custom fields

- Let customers buy more than one item or quantity in a single order

- Add an order bump to offer an extra product at checkout

- Customise your order form's text, layout and colours to match your brand

> **Warning:** **Prerequisite:** You will need to have your products set up inside Ivorey™, before you can attach them to an order form.

## How to Use Order Forms

Whether you’re starting from one of our templates or building from scratch, your order form comes together in three steps: set up your form, add your products, then style it to match your brand.

### Step 1: Set Up Your Form

Add an Order Form element to your page, or edit an existing one. Then, choose your preferred layout and control what information should be collected, by configuring your form fields.

Click here for the written steps

1. From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to **Site Pages** > **Funnels** > and open the funnel and page you want to customise:

    1. If you’re editing one of our templates, you’ll find an order form on the **Order Page** in your funnel

    2. If you’re designing from scratch and you don’t already have an order form on your page, add one:

        1. Click the **\[+\] plus** button, in the top left corner, to add a new element > and under **Quick Add**, find and drag the **Order Form** element onto your page

2. Click on the order form element on your page, to open its settings panel, on the right-hand side > and click the **\[Customize order form\]** button, to open the **Form Settings** page

**Note:** If you’re using an older version of our templates, click the **\[Switch to new UI\]** button to update the element > then click the **\[Customize order form\]** button. If you have any Custom CSS applied to your order form element, this will need to be checked after switching over - some of your code may no longer be relevant, or may need some updates.

3. On the **Steps** tab, in the left-hand menu > select your preferred layout:

    1. **One-step** - Contact details, products and payment all on a single page, great for low-friction offers and returning clients

    2. **Two-step** - Step 1 collects contact details, and Step 2 displays the products and your bump offer, and collects payment - great for higher-ticket offers that need a little more trust-building

    3. **Split** \- Your form and products side by side - great when you want buyers to see the products and the total, as they fill in their details > choose whether the products sit on the **\[Left\]** or the **\[Right\]**

4. On the **\[Contact fields\]** tab, in the left-hand menu, configure the fields shown on your form:

    1. Use the **\[⋮⋮\] drag dots**, to the left of any field, to rearrange the order

    2. Click the **\[\*\] asterisk** to make a field required - if the asterisk shows read, the field is required

    3. Click the **\[□\] square icon** to switch the field between full-width and half-width

    4. Click the ✏ **pencil icon** to edit the field's **Label**, **Placeholder** text and to adjust any other field-specific settings (e.g. if you require first and last name, set which countries you ship to)

    5. Click the 👁 **eye icon** to show or hide a field (**Full Name** and **Email** can't be hidden)

    6. Click the **\[+ Add Field\]** button at the bottom, to collect extra information > search by name or browse the folders > and select a field

5. Go to the next step to add your products

### Step 2: Add Your Products

Now you can choose which products should be attached to the checkout, add optional bump offers, enable coupon codes, add terms and conditions, and more.

Click here for the written steps

1. From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to **Site Pages** > **Funnels** > and open the funnel and page you want to customise

2. Click on the order form element on your page, to open its settings panel, on the right-hand side > and click the **\[Customize order form\]** button, to open the **Form Settings** page

3. On the **\[Products\]** tab, in the left-hand menu > click **\[+ Add Product\]** > select a **Product** from the drop-down > and select a **Price** from the drop-down

    1. (optional) Fill in a **Price display override** to customise how the price displays in the checkout

    2. Click **\[Additional Options\]** \> and select whether this product is a **Main Product** or a **Bump Product**

**Note:** An bump offer is a simple way to offer an extra product, service, or upgrade directly on your order form, like a coaching call, bonus download, or digital add-on. If someone ticks the bump at checkout, it's automatically added to their order.

    3. If it’s a **Main Product**, choose if you want to **Allow multiple quantity**, meaning customers can select the quantity they want to purchase > and set the **Maximum units per order**

    4. If you’re adding a recurring/subscription product, set the **Custom authorization amount** (a small charge to verify their card details and funds)

    5. Click **\[Save\]** \> and repeat for any other products you'd like to offer - you can add multiple main and bump products

    6. Use the **\[⋮⋮\] drag dots**, to the left of any product, to rearrange the order

    7. Click the **\[⋮\] three dots**, to the right of any product, to **\[Edit product\]** settings, or to **\[Remove\]** a product from the form

4. Below the product list, use the toggles to control what buyers see:

    1. **Show images** - Display each product's image in the offer list and order summary

    2. **Show quantity** - Show the quantity or let buyers choose how many units of each product to buy (if you’ve enabled multiple quantity in the settings above)

    3. **Show product description** - Display the product's description below its name

    4. **Show price description** - Display the pricing terms line (e.g. one-time payment, or the recurring billing terms)

    5. **Enable multi-product selection** - Let buyers add several products to one order (if this is off, buyers can select only one product at checkout)

    6. **Enable coupon codes** - Let buyers apply a coupon code and see the discount in the order summary

5. If you’ve included bump offers, click on the **\[Order bump\]** tab, in the left-hand menu > and toggle on **Enable order bumps**:

    1. Click **\[+ Add order bump\]** > and select your bump product

**Note:** Your bump product won't appear in the search until it has been flagged as an order bump on the **\[Products\]** tab.

        1. Repeat to add more bump offers

        2. Use the **\[⋮⋮\] drag dots**, to the left of any product, to rearrange the order

        3. Click the small **\[x\]** to the right of any product, to remove it

    2. Edit the **Content** settings of each bump product - if you’ve added multiple bump products, select one and begin customising it (you will need to edit each bump product’s Content settings separately):

        1. Adjust the **Headline** > optionally add an **OTO headline** (one-time-offer) and **Description**

        2. **Custom image** \- Upload an image to override the product image for this bump (custom images don’t display on all order bump presets by default, see the settings below to choose your preset or edit your layout)

        3. **Preselect this product** - toggle ON to automatically select the bump when checkout loads (customers can still deselect it)

        4. **Badge text** - Add a badge or additional tag to your bump offer (e.g. add-on)

**Note:** This appears once a badge style is set under **Accent & Badge**, in the steps below.

    3. Under **Presets**, pick a templated style for your bump offers (applies to all order bumps on the form)

**Note:** If you like a preset as is, you don’t need to adjust any further settings. However, you can choose to continue to customise the look further.

    4. (optional) Fine-tune the style settings for your bump products:

        1. **Layout** - Adjust the layout, image position and size, checkbox position, and content alignment

        2. **Text & Color** - Adjust the background colour, and the text styling for the headline, OTO headline, description and price

        3. **Border** - Add a border around the bump box and choose the style, colour and which sides it should apply to

        4. **Corner Radius** - Control how rounded the corners of the bump box are

        5. **Margin & Padding** - Adjust the spacing

        6. **Box Shadow** - Add a shadow behind the bump box

        7. **Accent & Badge** \- Choose your checkbox colour, and select a badge style and colour

6. On the **\[Checkout options\]** tab, in the left-hand menu, configure additional checkout rules:

    1. **Sticky contact** - Pre-fill the form with a returning visitor's saved details

    2. **Create new contact on every purchase** - Create a new contact instead of updating the existing one

    3. **Validate disposable email** \- Block disposable or temporary email addresses

    4. **Postal code on payment form** - Show a postal code field in the card section (NMI and Authorize.net only)

    5. **Terms & conditions** - Add a checkbox that buyers must accept before they can pay > and type in your terms or link your Terms page

    6. **After purchase** - Choose where buyers go after paying: the next funnel step, a website URL, or a specific funnel step

## Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sell one-time and recurring (subscription) products on the same order form?

Yes. Your order form reflects whichever price you've attached to each product, so one-time and recurring products can sit side by side on the same form.

Can customers buy more than one quantity of a bump offer?

No. Currently, multiple quantities aren’t supported for bump products and can only be enabled on your main products.

Can I add a processing fee to orders placed through my order form?

Yes, processing fees can be set up under your **Payments** settings (from the main Ivorey™ menu) and will apply automatically across your order forms.
